  Right kidney is normal in size,115mm (parenchymal thickness 14mm),and has normal corticomedullary differentiation and echotexture, with no evidence of hydronephrosis or stone. there is 42mm simple cyst in right kidney. Left kidney is normal in size,128mm (parenchymal thickness 13mm), and has normal corticomedullary differentiation and echotexture, with no evidence of hydronephrosis. There are 2 adjacent stones in left kidney lower calyx(totally 12mm) There are multiple simple cysts in left kidney which the largest one is 19mm. Urinary bladder is well distended with no evidence of stone or wall thickening. Bilateral UVJ is clear. Prostate is about 56ml in volume (large)and has normal echotexture. Incidental findings: There is a large hyperechoic mass like lesion (84*70mm) in right hepatic lobe. Correlation with triphasic ct scan is recommended to prove the diagnosis of giant hemangioma.
