Abdominal contrast-pelvic spiral CT scan: Significant scoliosis is evident in the thoracolumbar spine with convexity to the right. The left kidney was not seen at its anomalous site (previous nephrectomy). Metallic clips of previous nephrectomy surgery were seen in the nephrectomy bed and the origin of the left main renal artery. The right kidney is 98 mm long and has a normal parenchymal size and thickness. Mild dilatation of the right renal pilocalicylic system was observed without pathological dilatation of the right ureter and without obstructive lithiasis.
