آزمایش MRI پروستات - پرسش ۱۶۵۳۳

  سلام آقای دکتر ، وقت بخیر . ۴۸ سال دارم. در آزمایش خون PSA معادل۲.۸۱ و Free PSA معادل ۰.۷۳۶ بود. دکتر بعد دیدن گزارش MRI گفت یک بیوپسی انجام دهم آیا واقعا بیوپسی احتیاج است ؟ ممنونم اگر کمکی کنید. گزارش MRI
  Findings:
  Mild heterogenous enlargement of transitional zone of
  prostate gland is seen, suggestive of underlying mild BPH.
  There is a 6*4mm abnormal signal focus at right side of
  midlevel of transitional zone of prostatic gland associated with
  mild enhancement and diffusion restriction that is mostly
  suggestive of focal inflammatory changes.
  There is no evidence of abnormal enhancement or diffusion
  restriction at peripheral zone of prostatic gland.
  There is no evidence of capsular invasion.
  There is no evidence of involvement of neurovascular bundles.
  There is no evidence of adenopathy at pelvic cavity.
  There is no evidence of bony lesion at field of this study.
  Single voxel and multi voxel MR spectroscopy has been done.
  There are a few small foci of increased in peak of Choline in
  midlevel of right side of transitional zone but there is no
  evidence of confluent at T2w & DWI images.
  These findings are compatible with PIRADS III.
